Seriously, just when we feel like things are heading in the right direction something else blocks the way. We've been waiting on the life insurance company to approve our claim for like 3 weeks. (it was only supposed to take "10 business days") we just finally got someone to tell is they'd get back to is within 48 hours AND THEN the northeast gets hit with an ice storm. Did i mention the company is located in Maine? Ha!
