Crazy Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was a bit hectic for our household, in fact I'm just now sitting down to write about it! I had last minute gifts to buy, groceries, and other odds and ends to pick up. And unfortunately for me, that meant going to one place, and one place only (cue scary movie music please....) WALMART!!! The day before Christmas.... Noooooooooooo!!!!! In the two and a half hours that I was there I managed to get just enough items to still allow myself to enter the "20 items or less" checkout. I swear, people are rude, inconsiderate, and just plain aggressive if it looks like you might even be considering, taking a look at the same toilet paper as that other guy. It's Walmart people, like they only have one roll of toilet paper left in the entire store?!?! I think not. So after several hours of getting pushed around at the photo counter, steped on by the toasters, bumped into in the checkout, even asked for directions in the bathroom, I managed to make my escape home where I now had to wrap everything I just purchased... in one hour before we left to go to B's Grandma's for festivities. Oh, Christmas is fun!
