She's 1!

Yesterday was so busy I didn't get a chance to tell anyone about it! Well, we woke up at 7:30 and the day was off to a great start. We had strawberry oatmeal muffins and orange juice (a real treat) for breakfast. The muffin even had a candle in it :) Then we did her favorite thing ever, took a bath, yay! We played for 45 minutes. Bubbles rock! Next we gave her a birthday present, a fisherprice walker toy. Watch out the lil pooper is coming through! Beep beep she says, lol! We did lots of playing, and reading and goofing around inside beacause whoa! It was cold outside! After the lil pooper pooped out for her afternoon nap, sis and i went and picked up a chocolate and buttercream birthday cake. It's frosted in orange and sprinkles and has a hot pink "1!" on it, too cute! Later in the evening we went and ate at Val's. Z loves pizza, and I love that there I can at least get her some fruit and veggies too, its the mom in me. We headed home at about 7 where we decided to do cake tonight instead of yesterday. She had plenty of dessert at dinner and we didn't want her to get sick. I know, mom is a real buzz kill, but 2 celebrations is way better than 1! We kind of just quietly wound down for the night. It was really a great day actually :)
